CHAPTER ONE
Purpose, Scope, Basis and Definitions Purpose
Article 1
(1) This Regulation aims to ensure that the institutional archive that has been created in the University compiles the scientific knowledge produced by the members of institution, protects such knowledge in the long-term and offers access to compiled knowledge to make it shared widely.
(2) This Regulation regulates the principles and procedures on the transfer of scientific works developed by the members of institution electronically to the Institutional Archive of the Library and offering the same to open access.
